Effective July 12, 2026. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.
When you fill out a form on this site, such as the buyer's guide request, I collect the information you provide: your first name, your email address, and where you are in the buying or selling process. If you call, text, or email me directly, I receive the contact information and any details you choose to share. This site's hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which is standard for most websites.
I use your information to send you what you asked for, respond to your questions, and share occasional San Francisco market updates if you opted in. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your information may be processed by the service providers that keep this site and my business running, such as the form and website hosting service, my customer relationship management system, and my email provider. These providers process information on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Information may also be shared if required by law.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services linked from this site, such as the scheduling page, Instagram, TikTok, or Zillow, have their own privacy practices, and I encourage you to review their policies. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because it does not track visitors across other websites in the first place.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. You can also ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
